🌿 Reconnect with nature, rediscover your identity, and turn your landscape into a source of action!
Young people today spend more time online and less time connected to the world around them - their environment, community, and nature. But the landscapes we grow up in - urban streets, rural fields, mountains, or coastlines - shape who we are, how we live, and how we participate in society more than we realize.
That’s why this Erasmus+ Youth Exchange will bring together young people from Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia and Italy for 8 days of outdoor learning, sport-based activities, and intercultural exchange.
Through spending time outdoors, teamwork challenges, reflection sessions, and community-based exploration, participants will discover how their local environment influences their identity, lifestyle, and opportunities. They will also build key skills like decision-making, leadership, cooperation, and resilience, while learning how to use local resources to create youth-led initiatives that strengthen participation and active citizenship.
This exchange is more than just adventure — it’s about becoming more aware, more active, and more engaged, especially for young people with fewer opportunities.
🌍 Ready to step outside, reconnect with your landscape, and become a changemaker in your community? Join us and turn nature into your power!
