💻 Rethink, Reimagine, and Redesign the Future of Learning!
The digital world is rapidly transforming the way we live, work, and connect. But what about how we teach, support, and empower young people? As technology reshapes education and youth work, professionals face both exciting opportunities and new challenges: how do we keep learning human-centered while embracing innovation?
That’s why “Cool Facilitators” brings together youth workers from Europe and third countries not associated to Erasmus+ for a dynamic professional development seminar. Over several intensive days, participants will explore digital content creation, pedagogical practices, and strategies for planning and implementing digital transformation in their work with young people.
Through interactive workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and digital facilitation labs, you’ll:
Discover new teaching and learning approaches tailored to the digital age.
Experiment with digital tools and platforms that can enrich non-formal education.
Develop strategies for inclusive and accessible digital youth work.
Exchange experiences and best practices with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
This seminar is not just about mastering tools — it’s about shaping the future of youth work in an increasingly digital world. You’ll leave with practical skills, innovative methods, and an international network of colleagues committed to digital transformation with a human touch.
