General Data Protection Regulation

By applying to an activity, the participant gives full consent for the collection, processing, and storage of all required personal data for the implementation of the Erasmus+ project, in accordance with European Commission regulations. The data will be stored and processed by the Programme’s beneficiary organisations and the National Agency under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

The National Agency will store and process this data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data by Union institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies, and on the free movement of such data, repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.

Furthermore, the participant gives full consent to be photographed and filmed during the mobility period, and for the photos and videos taken to be publicly used by the beneficiary organisation, its partners, the National Agency, and the EACEA.
