In today's diverse world, young people still face barriers such as discrimination, gender stereotypes, social exclusion, and cultural misunderstandings. Sport has the unique power to bring people together, creating opportunities for everyone to participate, connect, and grow regardless of their background, gender, or abilities.
That is why the Youth Exchange "Let's Move Together" uses sport and physical activity as powerful tools to promote inclusion, gender equality, intercultural dialogue, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyles. Through teamwork, movement, and shared experiences, participants will discover how sport can build confidence, strengthen communities, and create meaningful connections beyond borders.
During 7 unforgettable days, participants will engage in non-formal education workshops, inclusive sports activities, outdoor challenges, intercultural evenings, and reflection sessions. Together, they will explore topics such as equal opportunities, gender equality in sport, cultural diversity, mental well-being, mindful living, and the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Every activity is designed to encourage cooperation instead of competition, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed, respected, and empowered.
Beyond the programme, participants will create lasting friendships, experience different cultures, and develop valuable life skills such as communication, teamwork, empathy, and leadership. They will leave inspired to promote inclusion, equality, active living, and well-being within their own communities.
"Let's Move Together" is more than a Youth Exchange—it is a journey toward a healthier, more inclusive, and connected Europe, where movement becomes a language of understanding and every participant has the chance to grow together.
🌍 Ready to move beyond stereotypes, embrace diversity, and discover how sport can inspire positive change? Join us and let's move together toward a more inclusive, healthy, and active future!
