Build the Skills for a Better Future!
In a world that is changing fast, young people need the right skills, attitudes, and confidence to adapt, participate, and make responsible choices. Future-Ready Youth brings together young people from Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia for an inspiring international experience focused on sustainability and the 8 Key Competences for Lifelong Learning.
Through interactive workshops, team challenges, reflection activities, and intercultural learning, participants will explore how sustainability connects with everyday life and how important competences like communication, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and active citizenship are developed through real experiences.
Together, we will learn by doing, exchange ideas, and discover how to become more aware, active, and future-ready in our communities. This youth exchange is about personal growth, meaningful learning, and creating connections that go beyond borders.
Objectives
O1. Enhance understanding of the 8 key competences among the 28 young people through creative non-formal learning methods.
O2. Increase awareness of sustainability among the 28 young participants from RO, HU, SK and RS and explore how sustainable behaviours can be integrated into their daily lives.
O3. Empower 28 young people from RO, HU, SK and RS to actively engage in small-scale sustainability initiatives that they can implement in their local communities after the exchange.
Learning Process
This youth exchange is based on non-formal education. Expect interactive sessions, teamwork, games, group challenges, discussions, creative workshops, and reflection activities that will help you explore the topic in a practical and engaging way.

Meals follow a clear daily rhythm, with breakfast from 08:00, lunch at 13:00, and dinner at 19:00.
The programme will be active, dynamic, and participatory, so come ready to get involved, share your ideas, and step out of your comfort zone.
