How do you really work in a team? Is it about being the loudest, the fastest or the one with all the ideas—or about knowing how to listen, adapt and bring different strengths together?
Today, we spend more time on our phones and less time playing, moving and figuring things out together. But real teamwork isn’t always easy—it means listening, adapting, dealing with different personalities and finding a way forward when we disagree. “Different Me, Stronger We” gives young people from Hungary and Romania the chance to step away from screens, get active and reconnect through sports, games and hands-on activities.
Along the way, they will discover their own strengths, learn to appreciate what others bring to the team, and experience how different people can actually make a team stronger. Because sometimes, the best way to learn how to work together is simply to play, move, challenge yourself and do it together.
Ready to step out of your comfort zone, get active and discover your team power? Join us and find out what you bring to the team!
We are looking for enthusiastic young people from Hungary and Romania to join an exciting youth exchange focused on teamwork, active lifestyles and discovering how our differences can make us stronger together. Through sports, cooperative games and non-formal education, you’ll have the chance to step out of your comfort zone, meet new people and discover your own strengths while learning how to be a better teammate.
Resident or citizen of Hungary or Romania
Aged between 16–20 years old
Motivated to enhance their team work and cooperation skills
Open-minded, active, and ready to participate fully in interactive workshops, team activities, and discussions
Excited to work with peers from different countries and cultural backgrounds

Each participant will be served three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
IRGO is known for the szekelers traditional cusine. A delicious one but one that focuses a lot on meat and potatoes and not too much on vegetables. Lunch is always composed by soup and second dish.
